Milenium Especial Brut Cava

Limited edition production cava. Made with parellada, xarel-lo  and macabeu grapes.It has 10% chardonnay grape must that gives a special and aromatic taste. Breeding in cellar 48 months.

Tasting Note                                                                                          Yellow bright colour cava with fine bubbles and a right surface on the top. Long breeding aromas and wood taste at the end. Dry , very good and full of flavours. 

Alcohol degree: 11.5%vol                                                          Ideal serve temperature: 4ºC – 6ºC                            Conservation: Vertical bottles at a constant temperature always. Fresh and wet place.
